Gain Confidence for Teachers

If you are new to teaching and want to gain a little confidence before you start your new class, this is the right article. I want to show you how easy it is to gain confidence for teachers. When becoming a teacher, you are taught all the things you need to be a teacher except how to assess the confidence you need to be a teacher.

In the next few minutes, we are going to quickly go over fast simple ways to gain confidence for teachers and others who are practicing the skill and art of teaching.

Review your Qualifications

The very first thing to do when trying to gain confidence for teachers is to reflect and review the qualifications you hold as an educator. You obviously made your way through the maze of classes and qualifications necessary to become a teacher. Next, as you look at what qualifies you to teach, you should begin to feel more prepared. This is half of the battle. When you are unprepared, or uncertain, that is when your confidence slips away.

Remember that confidence is a feeling brought on by specific thoughts. You need to be sure you are thinking the thoughts that will bring with them confidence. Thoughts that indicate you are uncertain or unprepared will lead to feelings of diminished confidence.

Remind Yourself Why You Teach

The next thing to do is think about WHY you wanted to teach. I believe those who are led to teach have a deep feeling of responsibility to others. They want to share knowledge with others. They have a desire to help others. All these thoughts when you are reminded of them will lead to confidence. When you begin to focus on yourself rather than others you stop to think about how you feel, and the self-centered thoughts drain away feelings of confidence about your desire to help others. Shift your focus outward and back onto the targets of your lessons. Think about them, not yourself when you begin to feel unconfident.

Focus on the Students Learning Styles

When you shift your focus outward to those you mean to serve, you forget about how you feel. The idea that you even need to consider your own feelings subsides and your primary concern becomes your students.

If you begin to focus inward, shift your thinking to how you can teach the lesson to reach the students with alternative learning styles. You may find yourself a visual teacher but consider how to more strongly impact your students who have a more auditory learning style. You learned all the things you need to know to get started teaching, look to the students to find out how to be an amazing teacher who can change lives and give guidance to the next generation of learners.

If you find yourself still struggling with feelings of uncertainty, and a general lack of self-confidence and believe it may be something deeper such as old unbeneficial limiting beliefs holding you back from being the self-assured teacher who can give his or her all by focusing on their students, you may need a little additional help.

How to Get Additional Help

Having trouble finding confidence can sometimes feel like you are climbing the face of an unscalable mountain. If you don’t stop fighting the mountain… and simply allow me to guide your climb, it will only get harder as you continue to drag old beliefs up that do nothing but hold you back. The solution is clear, take the advice of someone who used to suffer from a lack of confidence, but now knows the answer to finding it.

Because what I am about to share helped over a hundred people last year alone. I am certainly not the only mindset coach, but you can’t say I don’t know what I am doing.

Read on and I’ll show you, my strategy.

Why Most Teachers Won’t Ever Get There

Most teachers won’t ever get where they want because they continue making the wrong moves. Picking up the wrong technique for improving confidence, spending hours, days, or even weeks running in the wrong direction.

It’s because their “truths” are off, and it’s not really their fault… They’ve been taught to believe incorrect ways to find confidence. Unfortunately, no matter how bad you want something to work if it’s not a sound, evidence-based psychological theory it probably won’t start to work now. Plus chasing every new and shiny strategy is no solution either because, after all, it’s not about new strategies!

And YOU already know where this road leads… Running in circles wishing things were different, wondering what happened.

Is this really what you want to do?

How I Can Solve Your Confidence Problem

I’ve got the answer to your problem. Here’s the story:

I had many people ask me how I was able to do it: How did I help so many clients get past their limiting beliefs and gain the confidence to become amazing teachers and feel deserving of their success? And they really wanted to know if I could do the same for them. The thing is, I only have so many hours I can work with clients, which means I can only help so many at a time, and luckily for me, I am fully booked…

Then I had an idea:

  • What if I created a foolproof system that makes finding confidence easy?
  • Could I create something that could honestly work for everyone?
  • Would making that help people achieve their goals faster and easier? -Yes!

So, that’s exactly why I created the Bindless Mindset Program.

  • Gain insight into your core beliefs that have defined your perspective on life so far.
