The truth is you can not think about something intentionally. Because you first have to think about it, most likely imagine it in your mind, and then try to stop thinking about it.

That takes all your focus, meaning it is filling up the space and time you had for thinking about what you actually wanted. Because your brain can only think about one thing at a time and doesn’t fully “get” the concept of “not” it tries to accomplish the thing you wanted to avoid.

How to use the law of attraction

Here are some tips on how to use the law of attraction in your life:

  1. Be clear about what you want. The first step is to get clear about what you want. What are your dreams and goals? What do you want to manifest in your life? Once you have a clear idea of what you want, you can start to focus on how to get it.
